FSI. The brand assets, copy and paper-site content belong to FSI, or its successor, once paid for.

Signalform keeps its own tools, methods and software, including the reader platform, and FSI and any successor get a free, permanent license to use them for everything FSI publishes.

The Reader is the publishing platform behind FSI’s paper sites. The license is FSI’s branded edition of it, with the right for FSI and any successor to keep publishing on it. Signalform keeps the platform itself and its code.

Papers are separate: each one is $1,350 to produce and put live, from the manuscript you send.

Nothing changes. The rights run to FSI and its successor, whoever pays. FSI can also hand the agreement to its successor entity without asking.

October and November become one production sprint instead, priced by what we build. There’s no separate retainer invoice.

The films, which carry on under the August 7 agreement. Vendor costs: printers and other vendors quote and invoice FSI directly. Papers beyond the ones in the sprint. Paid media, press and events. Hosting and care after November 30.

Two rounds of written feedback per piece, gathered by Susan, so there’s one channel. If a decision hasn’t come back in three business days, Signalform goes ahead on its recommendation.

Anything outside the sprint is $300 an hour, agreed by email before it starts.

A weekly 30-minute call at a fixed time, and the reviews at each date.

Everything is handed over: files, the brand kit, platform access and templates, and FSI can run it from there.

After that, design continues through designers Signalform can recommend and direct.

Signalform already knows how FSI works, so the groundwork is shorter. A standard Deployment is $75,000. FSI’s is $55,000.
